Our 1–2 hour NCR+ delivery window is an estimate, not a guarantee. Bottle Boy PH and its delivery partners are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, disasters, government restrictions, courier availability, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

For special or unlisted products, please allow 1–2 days in advance for us to check warehouse availability and confirm your order.

To the extent permitted by law, Bottle Boy PH, its affiliates, directors, stakeholders, and employees are not liable for damages arising from service delays or interruptions, product consumption or misuse, or unforeseen defects from third-party manufacturers.

4. Responsible Consumption & Refusal of Service

Customers are responsible for consuming products responsibly. Bottle Boy PH may refuse service or cancel delivery to anyone who appears severely intoxicated, behaves aggressively toward delivery personnel, or violates applicable laws.
